Return & Refund Policy

At Tzoo International, we want you to be satisfied with your kids’ football kits purchased through tzoo.shop.

Customers may request a return or exchange within [5 days] of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Items that are damaged, incorrect, or defective upon delivery should be reported to us as soon as possible with photographs and order details.

Customized or personalized football kits may not be eligible for return or refund unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
